Fashion ComPassion Sustainable Fashion Trunk Show at Bambah Boutique

Yesterday I went to a fashion showcase at Bambah Boutique. The clothes being showcased were from Fashion ComPassion, is a company working with ethical and sustainable brands and hoping to introduce them into Dubai. The brands are from New York, Chicago, and Rajasthan & Lahore. 


"“We aim to bring sustainable fashion to the forefront in Dubai as it gains momentum internationally. By hosting this exhibition at Bambah, we want to showcase how fashion can be both luxurious and create positive change for people as well as the environment." - Ayesha Mustafa, Founder and Director of Fashion ComPassion.

Justin Bieber Fragrance launch in Dubai!

I am not the biggest Justin Bieber fan known to man. In fact I don't have a single song of his on my ipod. This all being said after attending his fragrance launch 'Someday' at Mall of the Emirates I will admit his fragrance is amazing! 

Firstly the packaging is right up my street being pink and with a flower top! It will look perfect on any girls dressing table!


Secondly the smell is really sweet and girly. I personally love it, as I normally wear Ghost, Sweetheart. However some may find the scent a little childish. I definitely recommend you smelling it next time you go to a Debenhams! 


Lastly the best part of all about purchasing the fragrance is that Justin has released the scent with Give Back Brands which means the products net profit will be donated to charity. So if don't like JB you can feel a little less guilty about buying his fragrance seeing as you're donating to charity! 


At the event we heard from a speaker of Give Back Brands and were treated to a dance performance to 'Baby' by a little dance troop! (see pictures below)

It was a lovely evening and I these past few days I've been wearing 'Someday' non-stop!

OOTD| Hey, I heard you were a wild one?

Hey everyone! So today I went to a fragrance launch (blog post coming soon!) and this is what I wore! I decided it was time I tried out Violent Lips, I wore an animal print hot pink lip tattoo which I absolutely loved! It stayed on for hours even with drinking and eating (granted small bites of things) and looked amazing without practice in applying it. I definitely recommend Violent Lips for a night out, they are for sure to reign in the compliments and look fab in pictures too. The only downside is taking them off, which requires a little scrubbing, maybe not something you'd want to be doing after a wild night!   


To stick with the animal theme I wore my leopard print maxi dress, but rolled it down so it was a maxi skirt. With a simple white top and some simple wedges. I also used a hot pink, faux snake skin bag but forgot it when taking these pictures.


This summer try mixing animal prints and definitely pick up some Violent Lips! Available at Topshop and Debenhams.

Yesterday I went to Brunch with some friends, thought i'd show you all my outfit. The dress, handbag and hair gave the look a vintagey style. I've been loving my Steve Madden wedges this month and have worn them everywhere, literally!

Velsvoir launch @ S*uce!

Velsvoir consists of three brothers who design gorgeous bow ties for men! However last week they launched a women's range at S*uce! I completely fell in love with the whole range as they are all stunning! Here are some pictures of the event held at S*uce in honor of not only the launch of Velsvoir but also the Queens Jubilee!

 The DJ was awesome especially as he only played British tunes in celebration of the Jubilee. I was definitely dancing along to Oasis haha.

I had a lovely time at the event especially drinking and eating all the British themed snacks! Thank you S*uce  for another amazing event! OOTN| Jolly Jubilee at the Marina!

Yesterday I headed down to the Marina with a few friends to celebrate our Queens Jubilee. Although not with quite the same Nationalist pride about the air, a certain lack of tea and scones and thank fully no rain! We did have a lovely time. CeeCode: CeeCodize yourself event!

Yesterday I was invited down to the Ceecode office to check out their new line and along with other bloggers to design own bags! The bag designs will be posted on Facebook shortly! It was so lovely meeting Cynthia who designs the CeeCode bags and her sister Nancy who owns Nancy's corner a gorgeous accessory boutique. The bags were absolutely divine and definitely in keeping with all the summer trends. 

I particularly love the the British flag bags, they would be perfect for the Queens Jubilee next weekend!

                   The studs and chains give the bags an edgy feel and would make any outfit!

I picked up a pair of the monochrome earrings which were featured in my outfit of the day.
